popularly-elected Members
of the National-Congressional
House of Commons.

All Members of the National-Congressional House of Commons
would “stand” for election/re-election every for years.
A six-term for 4 years only-per term rule still applies.
24 Years–maximum–ONLY!!

In case of the removal, death, of
National Senators,or the National-
Congressional House of Commons,
the People of those State-Republics, a special POPULAR
Election would be held within
45 days, on a replacement National Senator,or a National-Congressional
House of Common Representative
to “fill-out” the former member’s
term.
Five days after the special election, the new representative
takes office.

If 3 or more candidates are running
a 40% of the votes counted-rule
would take place, for the winner
of the special election to take over.

If only 2 are running, it’s 50%-plus one vote, in the special election.

ALSO, every 5 years each capital
of the State-Republic, becomes
the National Capital, to prevent
centralization of power into one
of the State-Republics.

Call it “round-robin Democracy!!

Each popularly-elected Governor-
Presidents of each State-Republic
within the new Federal CONFEDERAL
Republic of Western Canada,becomes
Speaker of the House of the National-Congressional House
of Commons, with the Second
National Vice President becomes
the President of the National
Senator, and appoints both
the Majority and Minority Leaders
of the National-CONFEDERAL Senate.

The Senior,or First, Vice-President
of the National Confederal
Republic can VETO the selections
of the Second Vice-President, but
this VETO can be over-ridden by
55 % of each House of the National
Confederal Bi-Cameral Legislature.

Savings Bonds, TAX-FREE Medical

To earn extra revenue, the various
State-Republics of the new

able to run for of a single-only
one 6-year term, until six years

I oppose socialism, communism and democracy and believe in the ideals of soething very closely related to the Early American Republic.
The rule of a constitutional law vs mob rule or any other arbitrary form of rule.
A system wherein the people are not subject to the government but in word and deed free persons.

Socialism and communism are much the same the only real differance is in socialism the people vote themself into a type or form of servitude.

I am an American and have the same fear of American socialism, communism.
Though they may not have the same degree of socialism/ communism the elelments of such a system is still very much present.

Higher taxes less jobs more poverty and more governmental control over the people as a whole or a majority.

There is as you may or may not be aware a movement for a Canadian Confederacy or an effort for both Canadians and Americans to work for a common cause Independence from a centralized socialist type of government and more for a constitutional republic.
