First, Alberta needs to control its own immigration. Next, a new plan to aggressively tackle the problem of labour shortages needs to be addressed. The skilled worker shortage in Alberta is the most disturbing obstacle facing Alberta’s future prosperity. The solution for resolving this is by allowing employers to issue temporary work visas approved by the Alberta Government.
